Exploring the Trigunas through Large Art-Making & Dialoguing with Artworks
An interdisciplinary art-based heuristic research project exploring the Trigunas of the Indian Samkhya system – Tamas, Rajas & Sattva through embodied art-making, talking to art, poetic reflections & body maps. The creative process blends my training as an expressive arts therapy practitioner with my background in art along with my spiritual curiosities. The work culminated in a short animated video integrating my paintings, poetic narration & hand-drawn sketches.
